Vogt, Von Ogden (1879-1964)

This master liturgist, who excelled at celebrating Life in the liberal tradition, was born in Altamont, Illinois. Following his years of education at Beloit College, Yale Divinity School, and Harvard Divinity School, he served as a Congregational minister from 1911 to 1925 and then became a Unitarian minister.
