Leonard SilkLeonard Silk

Leonard Silk was the noted economics columnist and correspondent of The New York Times from 1970 to 1993. He was a Distinguished Professor of Economics at Pace University, a Senior Research Fellow on the United Nations for the Ralph Bunche Institute at the City University of New York, and a Senior Fellow of the Brookings Institution. His written work included: A World Fit for People (with Uner Kirdar); People: From Impoverishment to Empowerment; Ethics and Profits: The Crisis of Confidence in American Business; and The American Establishment (with Mark Silk).
