Kathleen R. Parker lives in Pittsburgh where she has served for eight years as lay leader in Adult Religious Education at the First Unitarian Church and is researching the church’s history. In addition to being a mother and a grandmother, she writes and teaches history on an adjunct basis at the University of Pittsburgh. She holds a Ph.D. in American Studies from Michigan State University.
